• great staff and customer service. since we're repeat customers it would be nice to get a discount but we can't go during the week cuz we live too far away. a weekend discount would get us back sooner.

• Massage was excellent, however, in the ladies changing room, the second shower stall , I think it is the shower drain by the entrance that was intermittently giving out a very unpleasant odor, once when we first got there and once when I was about to shower. There were no one using the toilet. It was just a few seconds. I think it is the plumbing. I forgot to mention to the front desk. You have otherwise a clean and relaxing atmosphere and I will recommend you and probably be back again.

• from start to finish this was the luxe escape I needed for one hour. life is draining, and it felt so lifegiving to unwind and have someone fix me back up. your products are incredible - so pure and good for me... and Roxana was a master technician and therapist. I trust your spa with my hardest seasons. thank you for ensuring quality and peace in this oasis.
