  • Excellent costumer service. Starting at the front desk receptionist, very informative, explained everything to me. The masseuse, very calming and relaxing voice. Very attentive to pressure and comfort. Only issue was instead of a mineral wrap (part of my package) I was given a warm coconut milk head/neck bath/massage. Ok, but would have liked to know ahead of time if something is changing. All in all, GREAT experience!
