• Karen was a 10! Admin was an 8.5. No one was there when we checked in the front desk for at least 5-7 min. Several employees came in but no one said anything. Like thanks for waiting we'll be right with you or pls fill out this form while you wait

• I had a very good experience. However, if you want clients to complete a form, allow them to do so in a room with more light. The lounge is an exceptional environment, made for closing the eyes and relaxing. It's not lit for clients to complete a form. By the time clients reach the lounge, they are in their robe and for some, probably without their reading glasses.
