• Extraordinary facial service, knowledge, attention to my skin, education, etc. If I book a 60 min service and add on a 15 min extra service, then I expect a full 75 minutes of pampering. If there wasn't enough time for the extra, then provider should have declined.

• Small things like I wasn't told I needed to be there 15 mins early, no pillow for me when I turned over, etc.
