Awesome class content, awesome teachers, awesome music! All moves are easily modified for any health situation and all instructors are more than happy & knowledgeable in helping any individual find the right pose that works for them. Always a fantastic workout!

I had never attended a barre class before so was extremely intimidating but the entire staff was so accommodating and helpful and encouraging. Very professional attitude but fun humor in all the classes!!!!
