• Stylist Erica gets a 10+++ but there was no one to greet me when I entered so it was awkward, and it also wasn't clear how to check out, as there's not really a front desk. The person at the front seemed to be with another customer and didn't make eye contact or speak to me for a few minutes. Also, you need some interior signage with your salon name. Being a new customer, when I first came in, I wasn't sure I was in the right place! But I really like the location and vibe and Erica is superb!!
