• I scheduled at the store on Michigan Ave but went to the wrong location. Both locations were understanding and Halsted location was able to accommodate me. The blow out was one of the best I've ever had! The stylist was polite and very efficient. Can't wait to come back! Please convey my appreciation to him.

• I love the people who work at your salons, but I really cannot stand the parking situation at any one of them. I had to spend an additional $11.00 to park for 1 hour near your West Loop location. That's insane!!!
