• My appointment was at 9.15 for a soft glam makeup & hair do at 10.15, due to maps I went to different place and couldn't reach saloon on time. I checked in at 9.45. I had an important music video to shoot, and that's why I book makeup + hairdo service. They made sure I get everything done and made the arrangements for both makeup & hair.

• The woman that did my hair was super friendly and so efficient. She did exactly what I asked for for my updo and so quickly (which for the day of an event timeliness means a lot). Loved the products and my hair held all night. I would definitely return and would consider a blow out for a fun weekend

• They were incredible! I love the ease of booking on- line. We were on vacation in Chicago and I tried to go to Ulta, but they would not offer online booking so I found the Trixie blow dry bar and everyone was super friendly. Walking through Chicago. It was hard for me to find it so I called and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone to give me directions was very nice. The girl that did my blow dry was incredible and had a great conversation.
