• I went to Trixie for a blowout on my birthday this year. I did not have a formal occasion and wanted to feel beautiful and relax. I have walked by for years and always been curious. I rarely go in just for a blow out, and I wanted to treat myself to something special on my birthday. I booked an appointment online easily same day and was greeted immediately by the stylist on arrival. The wash was relaxing and the styling was stress-free. For my purposes, relaxed waves were the perfect do. I highly recommend my stylist, Kevin! New to Chicago, Kevin was the sweetest, kindest soul and highly sociable and personable. He put me right at ease from the moment I entered the salon. I was going to an event afterward and in a rush, and Kevin made sure I got there plenty on time. Honestly, it was an A+ experience. I acted out on a whim, and I was highly satisfied. If you need your hair done or want to treat yourself, give Trixie a try! I hope I can make it back to Kevin soon!
