If you are looking for some vanilla place that's crazy boring where they play the musical equivalent of xanax and your kid sits in circles and assimilate to the masses (looking at you Gymboree), this is not the place for you.
Triumph got our 1.5 year old through the hot, rainy summer with a lot of fun. The place is organized chaos with occasional collisions. It's always well maintained and staffed appropriately and I've always seen the owners on site.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Milly C.Boynton Beach, FL305010Aug 23, 2018
This place has gone downhill and fast! There doesn't seem to be a limit to the children and adults they allow to enter. I only see maybe one employee actively tidying the place and supervising the area. There are kids of all age ranges and the parents let them run wild while there are smaller children around and unaware of the dangers. I don't think I will be returning. It's not worth the money and I definitely don't feel my toddler with autism is safe in this kind of environment. Another inconvenience is private parties during the weekend. You always have to check the website to make sure it is open to the public.

This is a terrific place to take children to play especially if your child has special needs. They have several items to swing on including a zip line, a large trampoline, a beautiful wooden kitchen area, dress up clothes, a rock wall and quiet room they also offer classes.
The staff is very helpful and accommodating.
I highly recommend visiting this spot for the day or a class.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Melissa T.Brooklyn, NY029579Jul 24, 2018
Amazing sensory gym with lots of open play hours. The equipment is quality and very sturdy. My son had a blast playing on the zip line, swings and trampoline. He also loved the quiet room and had a wonderful teacher guide him through a project in the art room. He could have spent the entire day here and it still wouldn't have been enough!

All of my kids ages 2, 5, and 6 had an awesome time. Even though it's called Parents Night Out, this is really more for the kids! I can also honestly say I felt peace of mind leaving them there. Everyone I encountered was extremely kind. My kids keep asking me when they can have another "Kids Night Out". We will definitely be back in the future.

Not a safe place for toddlers! I brought my 18 month old daughter here one morning when they opened at 9am, we played for about 90 minutes and had a nice experience. There was just a few other toddlers and young kids playing that morning. However, I brought my daughter back later the same day at 3pm, and it was absolutely packed! The toddler toys were trashed and disorganized. Lots of older kids, specifically pre-teen boys running around like crazy and rough housing. After my daughter was trampled, we left. We won't be going back.

Started going here as an alternative to Cool Beans, as Cool Beans has a habit of blocking off half of their place for b-day parties.
Apparently, Triumph closes their entire establishment for parties. We ran to their door in the rain on a Sunday....just to be denied admission because of a party. I would suggest calling ahead to see if they are even allowing the general public in.
We went back to Cool Beans.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Bianca A.Boca Raton, FL919Jun 15, 2017
During off peak times when there are mostly small children present, it's been a nice visit. However when there are mostly bigger kids around, they are improperly swinging on equipment and making it a very difficult environment to safely manage with the small ones. It's a kids place, they will be rowdy but it's impossible to protect small kids when the parents don't care and employees aren't trying to correct the kids that are flying on the swings as high as possible. There needs to be some age group separation, more employee intervention with unruly kids in the afternoons, or some kind of solution. Sadly I won't be returning until my kids are old enough to be able to manage around the chaos.

Really great, clean place with a lot of great activities. The only thing I wish is that they had more comfortable seating. Some beanbag chairs or more plush seating would be oh so helpful and encourage me to come more. That's the one thing that keeps me from coming back as much!

I took my son for a promotional free trial music enrichment class, as they just opened and are giving promotions just for the one week which ended yesterday, I believe.
Being that my son is very musical, this was a good class for him. The class itself was pretty good. The music therapist held the kids attention with instruments and having the children choose their instrument of choice to coincide with the songs she was singing and playing on her guitar. It seems like a nice addition for kids who really enjoy music.
Afterwards, we were able to experience their open play concept. There is lots of room for the kids to run around and play. Swinging tires, benches and a really cool floor video game board that promotes exercise and being able to play a video game at once.
They have a very cute playhouse that has two levels and the second level has a reading nook with a comfy chair.
My son went on the zip line a few times and the first few times there was an assistant at the top where you start to zip line, ensuring the kids are holding on tight and sitting securely on the cushion that allows you to zip line across, and there was a second assistant or attendant on the other end near the pit where the children fall into, which is surrounded by a cushioned wall.
The last time my son went on the zip line, there was no attendant at the pit, so I stood near that end.
When my son fell on his back onto the bean bag type pad, he immediately was in major pain. He could not move or talk for a minute or so. I was wondering how he could be in so much pain when the bag is supposed to be heavily padded. I immediately went into the pit, and I kept asking him what was wrong. He was not answering me. I began to panic. Thinking is this a spinal injury?! I placed my hand under him and felt that he landed on the floor surface. The foam material which moves within the bag had separated and he landed right on his back. After a minute or so, I picked him up and checked his back and it appeared fine on the surface, but he was clearly in pain. During this time, the attendant who was at the top of the zip line, came running over and was there when this occurred. My son began to move, so that was a good sign, thank god. Another attendant came over and was asking what happened. I told her that the bag should be replaced. It was NOT safe. He landed on his back and this could have been MUCH worse. She began fluffing up the bag with the other attendant.
I spoke with the owner and explained to her what happened. She apologized and said they bought that bag specifically for the zip line pit.
The owners MUST replace the zip line pit bag with a foam bag that is FILLED CONTINUOUSLY in ONE FOAM instead of a bag that has foam materials that separate, thus causing a major accident. That is a huge liability. I am also surprised that they did not have padding underneath the bag in the zip line pit.
I had to place ice packs and administer motrin for his back pain last night. He was not able to bend over completely and I am still worried about his back. Hopefully, his back is just sore and he will be able to bend over completely by the end of today.
If the accident did not occur yesterday with my son, I would have returned.
Unless they replace that zip line bag within the pit, I will most definitely NOT return and parents should be warned about that particular area, which is why I am sharing my experience.
It's too bad... nice place.. good concept... poor safety control. The zip line pit, really should have been thought out more carefully.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
