Trina's Sensational Salon

Worst pedicure ever. The lady I made an appointment with showed up 20 minutes late. By time we started it was 30 min after my appointment. I booked a pedicure and a manicure. But the pedicure took over an hour to do. So after being at the salon for almost 2 hours, I left without a manicure. The lady moved so slow and was so distracted. It was very inconsistent. One foot got a scrub with cheese grader tool. And the other foot got nothing. One foot got an oil. The other foot got a lotion and a foot rub. No foot rub for my other foot. Top coat was applied as a base coat, and only applied to one foot. The nail polish looked awful. I think my 7 year old could have painted better.

I am super picky with my hair, so I was super nervous to try a new hair dresser, but Whitney was awesome!! She really listens to what you want and is super friendly loved spending time with her getting my hair done and it came out perfect!! I love the color and will definatly be returning, the salon is really quaint, and everyone working there is very friendly and happy! Such a nice atmosphere!! Thanks again and see you for a touch up in a few weeks

I came in just yesterday, the day before Valentine's Day with a color situation, I derped out and used a box color...copper to be exact. (NEVER USE BOX COLOR...something I learned yesterday hardcore!) Not only did Trina squeeze me in despite it being such a busy day, but she spent HOURS on correcting the color to an idea that also was quite complicated: A color double ombre based on the color of a grey fox that also would compliment my skin tone and features. She is a MAGICIAN with color correction...I came in with crazy bad fading red copper hair with random rainbow colors I had used box color with over the years in streaks (pink, purple, green, blue and left with an ombre of ash brown to reddish brown to a silvery color with faded green, pink, blue and purple. Not only did she make all my mistakes WORK like a true artist,, she made it look absolutely FRIGGIN GORGEOUS!! It took THREE color treatments and she made sure to keep an eye on my hair in case we had to stop so it wouldn't get too damaged to work with, this includes a deep conditioning treatment! I don't live here, I came here from Portland visiting and wanted to look gorgeous for Valentine's Day and she did it so AMAZINGLY that I know if I want to do anything else with my hair, I will wait and go to her whenever I make it in the area! Thank you so much Trina, and PINKY PROMISE never to use box color again!!! You made my fox hair look genuine, unique and most of all completely fixed my botched self-color job!!! P.S. Trina and the girl's at the salon are fun, professional, goofy and have such a relaxing fun environment that it can't help but be contagious!
