Many things, 1st I felt that the precautions and measures that were taken during this current pandemic exceeded my expectations. The receptionist greeted me , took my temperature ask me to put my purse in a plastic bag to keep with me and offered me a comfortable Seat in their lounge area. I was then greeted by the RN who went step-by-step explaining how botox injections were going to help me best. After my treatment she kindly gave me a tour of the entire facility which in my opinion was absolutely stunning. The service here is a 10 + + !
