• James is just such a lovely guy. Hes so supportive in every way and when im hitting a wall in classes I think of him and his ice cream parlour forearms and it makes me want to work harder. If it want for James Im not sure where I would be in my fitness life. Ive asked him if he wants to go up against me in Fight night but I cant come up 6 weight classes to match him. He would have to drop at least 30 kegs to come down to 80 and make it a fair fight.
