After being in Florida for a year I have bounced around to different facilities trying to find my "happy place" to work out. It has not been an easy thing! Tribe was brought to my attention and I decided to pop in one day. I met Anne at the entrance and she embraced me as if I had known her forever! I attended a couple of classes and I knew I had found my new work out facility. Everyone, from the instructors to the clients have been great. There is always an upbeat instructor to encourage you to push when you just want to quit because your muscles are burning. Bottom line...don't just take my word for it. Stop in and give it a try. You will not be dissatisfied in the least!

The class was fun and difficult! The workouts were diverse and worked all areas of my body. The instructor was so friendly and helped instruct on each stop. I loved it!
