I thought it was very warm and inviting . I thought jen was an amazing instructor who taught a great class that did not make me feel intimated for someone who is overweight and trying to get back in shape . I am excited to try another class and hoping to make this my home gym :) I have a very difficult life with a severe autistic son and I have been trying to find an outlet to be around other strong and encouraging women and I think I found my place . Thank you
