Instructors are exceptional. They offer modifications for each Of our fitness levels. The workouts all have something different to offer and they all have music is geared to maximize the training format. Studio is amazing. TRIBE has positively changed my attitude about group fitness and now I plan my day around my workout instead of finding excuses not to go!
