I've been coming for years. I just LOVE Tribe. The best instructors and energy! Love the people, the music, the facilities, the other classmates. All around my fav!
I really like the caring nature of the instructors and that they are engaged. Lite is great because it allows to scale up. I really like the pilates- it pushed you but is not too hard. Would like even more instruction on form and reminders and explanations about it. But like the whole experience.
