• I dropped in with no appointment with a nail "emergency." I am from out of town, so not a current client. My acrylic nails had gone from acceptable to horrible after a day of hard work and I HAD to get them cleaned up before dinner with in-laws less than an hour later. Everybody was booked, but no problem. Manager (who no longer does nails) stepped in and took care of me, knowing I would not be repeat business.
