Trein Club has been an amazing experience for our family. My daughter has been practicing Jiu-Jitsu for over 3 years now, and the professors here are some of the best!!! professional, patient, and truly invested in their students’ growth. The community is incredibly welcoming, which makes training even more enjoyable. I’ve also tried a couple of the hot yoga classes with Jose, and they were fantastic! The infrared heat, combined with his guidance, made the classes both energizing and restorative. The space is beautiful, calming, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, Trein Club strikes the perfect balance between high-quality training, wellness, and community. We are so happy to be part of it!
