Of course, I've been part of the Gracie Barra academy in the past for over two years in other city that I've lived. During these time when I was in the best shape of my life. Just by visiting and observing and training I got the same vibe when I used to be part of. I liked the class and the drills and would be something I'd be looking forward to continue doing it. But as I mentioned to the professor, I'm dealing with a pinched nerve on my back now. I had a doctors visit yesterday and I was advised not to do any major activity until I had a complete evaluation of my symptoms and have a plan to heal. So once I'm cleared by the doctor will be joining GB again. Will you Please let the instructor know about this as well? Thanks!
