Laura G has a great background, takes time to explain things but talks a bit too much for my liking. Yin Yang was wonderful. She introduces strong poses but then we get the Yin 👍🏼

Not sure which practice you're referring to. If it is the 4:00 Yin class on Tuesdays which just started this week, I LOVED it! I will now include that in my regular schedule of practices. Marilyn was GREAT! I'm so glad she is leading us in YIN!
