Excellent instructors! They explain the reasoning behind why you are doing the pose and the way you are doing it. They also are knowledgeable about the functions of the muscles and workings the body. They enjoy what they are doing. This is not just a job to them. They want to share their knowledge. They smile and know each person by name.
