Having the dedicated time/routine in a group setting is essential for me. Also the instuctors are very knowledgeable and tuned into how participants are doing and offer modifications or instruction on correct form to prevent injury.

Overall experience from knowledgeable staff, cleanliness of facility, convenience of using in-house equipment, and most of all the interaction with other Yogi members. Leslie makes it feel like one big Yogi family. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Leslie is awesome, as are the other instructors I've had, the students are kind and encouraging and the facility is spotless. I am very glad to have a membership at the Tree of Life Wellness Center. I usually take three classes a week.
