I had a very long and stressful week and couldn't get out a very low state of being but after my message I felt rejuvenated in mind and body! My mood was so much better and my body felt great! My massage therapist used the perfect amount of pressure and was so relaxing an hour wasn't long enough! I would come back every week if I could!
