The massage Charletta gave me was therapeutic: I have much less neck and head pain after just one hour. Also I love the atmosphere, quiet, intimate and safe.

I would have absolutely given a 10, but decided on a 9 for the following reasons: 1. No where in the scheduling or on the website did I see any mandatory requirement for a face mask. I looked for this as I have a respiratory issue an cannot for my own health and safety wear a mask, especially not during a 90 min deep tissue massage. When I arrived I was told that I needed to wear a mask. Nope, not gonna do it, so they let me in anyway. If you're going to enforce that your clients during a 90 min deep tissue massage wear a mask than I have to personally take a step back and truly ask......IS THIS HEALTHY? Absolutely not. Nor is making your staff that are doing physical work for this amount of time at all healthy. Not ok. 2. I still rated a 9.....super high score as I enjoy Tree of Life and respect your business. This particular masseuse was not at all friendly or engaging as most have been. For example never asked how pressure was, no music, and overall just not in an equal rythmatic forum. Overall, he did well, just giving honest feedback. One side was completely different than the other.
