Rachelle was very kind, and accomodating to my many requests which made the experience relaxing and enjoyable for me. The phone staff was helpful too. One suggestion is to remind massage therapists to talk softly in the hall, and better yet, talk with the door closed so as not to interupt the peaceful environment of the massage going on next door.
