I struggle with chronic back pain and the benefits of red light and heat for pain management are fantastic. It is hard for me to get comfortable sitting or standing in a standard sauna so the cocoon is a perfect way for me to utilize this impactful treatment and get comfortable enough to actually relax at the same time.
