Planning of appointments and accommodating me initially with opportunities available on cancellation by others; now with my own appointments- confirmation pre appointments acts as reminder and the opportunity to reschedule (eg.for surgery). The rationale and description of the procedure in advance and as it proceeds was accurate and very well done by Kristin. I feel very well post sessions and thereafter as I regain my health. I would recommend to others because I was recommended initially to Tree of Life - Therapeutic Massage ( Kristin) and would want others to benefit too. All very personable
