I'm not at my best shape but I'm in pretty good shape and the sessions I've been to so far pushed me to work harder. The environment is friendly and the instructors bring great energy into the workouts which keeps me going even when I want to quit. Every session I attended had me leaving exhausted but feeling good with what I've accomplished for the day.Malik J.

The experience was great, it was welcoming and I really enjoyed the motivation from the trainer during the workout. It was a bit fast paced for me, I would have liked more time to do the lifting exercises but it still felt like a great workout.Morgan Y.
