  • I like the running and mix of weights. However, there wasn't enough time for the weights exercises. Only 10-15 reps wasn't enough of a workout (for me). I liked the running part though!
  • The owners are the best, coaches, too
  • I would like maybe 2x switches max on tread/floor rather than 3great vibes and workout!
  • Great coach, atmosphere, and energy!
