If you want to be really good at cartwheels, because you never know when you're gonna need to pop out a couple of cartwheels, then do CrossFit. But if you want to be able to curl the 100lb dumbbells, if you want to be able to bench the 180's for 10 fuckin reps. If you want to be able to fill out the sleeves in your fuckin shirt, and have motherfuckers jaws drop, you do Treadhouse. It's that simple.Jason K.
