As a former ultramarathoner and workout enthusiast for over 20 years, I can honestly say I've never been as fit as I've gotten from 5 day a week Tread House workouts. The staff is amazing and encouraging, the vibe is fun and friendly, and the workouts are insane (but easily modified). TH is the best!Katie H.
