  • There is such a great vibe at TH!! The coaches are so motivating. There is variety in the workouts. The class sizes are not intimidating. The music always keeps me going. I don't feel like I need to compete with anyone else, I just go and give it my best for that day. I always leave there in an amazing mood and feeing good about what I've done. I have been recommending TH to so many people! I love it at TH!!!

  • The energy and motivation Megan brings to each class in unreal. The music is always on point to carry me through long tread blocks. Overall, can't beat this experience.
  • I love the "at your own pace" mindset. I feel like just lifting weights or just running feels stagnant and I get bored but the classes have so much energy and support and great music. I also love the individual stations which help me feel safe during the pandemic
