Excellent detail from Dawn. Lots of recent changes in reception staff. Staff needs to be slightly more receptive and comforting as clients arrive. I think some of new employees are still trying to understand care and attention to details that have made Tranquility special.
The services excellent, but it really boils down to the connection and relationship !
