Bibiana was excellent and very pleasant so was the young girl at ckout but the young lady at the Ckin counter was not very approachable. Being my first time at your facility I didn't know where to go or sit and in my opinion she wasn't very welcoming. Bibiana immediately change that first impression, so was the young girl at ckout, I was interested in other services and she was kind enough to answer my questions and provide a very thorough explanation.
