• First Misty gave me an excellent massage. I explained a shoulder issue I was having and she went right to the area and worked that knot out. I felt so energized and relaxed. The facility is very soothing and like it's title says Tranquil 😁

• I enjoyed the spa's atmosphere, the friendly staff and service professionals, and the services I received. The hydrotherapy tub is awesome! I didn't score a 10 for 2 reasons, both fairly minor: 1) I would have appreciated being offered water, tea or another beverage during my visit. 2) The treatment rooms aren't super soundproof, so I heard conversations and outdoor noise ( a lawn crew with their power equipment) during my facial.
