• The receptionist is very professional and personable. She is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about the products. She delivers a positive first impression of the spa and staff. Audrey is a delight as well. I have had many dermaplaning facials from various spas. My dermaplaning facial with Audrey was the very best! She takes care to ensure the client is comfortable, explains the process, and is very careful to address the entire face. She seems to love her career and I felt as if she wanted me to be a client. Excellent esthetician! Based on my previous visits, this is the first time that I felt all of the staff were true professionals and customer-service oriented. The lobby area and esthetician's room seemed cleaner as well. The products and jewelry in the lobby were staged perfectly -- whoever manages it has talent in visual marketing. In the past, I could hear staff bickering in other rooms. The only conversation I heard this time was the staff exchanging cheerful "good mornings" and other positive remarks. I will return soon! Whatever you are doing, keep it going! Thank you!
