• Price and availability for the sauna. My only wish was that the sauna was a little more spacious. I have a back injury and it was hard to get comfortable.

• We drive an hour and a half just to come to the Tranquil Spa because it is a very comfortable and clean facility. The staff is always so welcoming and makes us feel very comfortable

• From the moment my wife stepped in she commented on how beautiful it was and the entire experience with just minor issues with the temperature of the sauna but other than that the hydro massage and hydrotherapy were all top notch for her she came back glowing.
