• Eric was friendly and conversational as soon as I entered the spa. He took the time to ask questions about me, and we made connections to me being a teacher and his parents being teachers. And Bri is an amazing aesthetician! Although it's been over a year since I've been in to see her, she took the time to take notes the last time we met, and she reviewed those notes before my appointment this time. She asked about the end of my school year, and although waxing isn't the most enjoyable spa appointment in the moment, she made the appointment enjoyable through conversation and laughing. Very personable! Additionally, Bri is efficient, and that's a great thing when it comes to the amount of times wax is being ripped off. Hah! I will definitely be back!
