Clean , cute , friendly atmospher, the training was great. I didnt feel intimidated by others . Trainer made sure our frame was good and we were at our pase. Music was good , pace was good. I am hoping I can remember some ot this for home. Other patrons had told me the thing Alex O is amazing and they only do her classes. One was going at one of you other locations but after taking her class she wants to go there. After the summer I would like to come down for classes .
