The teacher yesterday for the 630 pm yoga was wonderful! She challenged us to just *be*. It was a helpful and much needed reminder that we are all human "beings" and not human "doings" :) I even brought a friend who had never done hot yoga before and she fell in love. We will be back soon with more friends!
