The class was wonderful. The instructor made the class fun and everyone comfortable. The space was safe and community oriented. The heat was perfect, hot but not detrimental

I liked that the temperature of the room was not TOO hot . The teacher was giving off a very good energy. The people in the class seemed nice . The layout of the room. There was just an energy that felt light and wholistic. And I've been attending yoga around town for years but never tried tower yoga . There was just something kinder and gentler about it . Also the layout of the cubbies and the clean and accommodating bathroom. Everything was good !
Beautiful studio with lots of amenities. The Instructor Brittany was very easy to follow in her ques while maintaining a relaxing meditating environment
