It's one of the few "non-hot" yoga classes offered that I'm aware of, and a great way to start the week! Tere is an awesome teacher, very encouraging, upbeat, and sensitive to the varying levels of her students' abilities.
The instructor was FABULOUS. I loved how she had everyone face each other for the class instead of the mirror. The bathrooms/showers are updated so nicely and everyone I met was open and friendly! Nice environment. Loved that it was only $6!@

It was a free class, the instructor was great, I loved the studio, the guy working on the front desk was really helpful and also, I'm really happy to see a lot of community classes offered in your schedule, (which suits my budget a bit better)
