This is my first week along with my daughter and we have been so impressed! Tower Yoga has such a great vibe! Starting with Jamison who signed us up and then let my other daughter have a trial run. The facility itself is amazing from offering free face towels to all the supplies provided in the bathroom. Tower Yoga IS all about connectedness and building community. Because of all the accolades and raves we speak about Tower Yoga now my oldest daughter wants to join too! This is my first yoga membership after trying other programs and just after a week I know this is something I need for my mental health and will continue. The instructors are amazing and passionate about what they do. Today during the 11am class was especially difficult for me because we buried my best friend's father who was also my godfather. I broke down and cried as I was leaving and Crystal was so kind and talked to me with such compassion that my feelings of embarrassment quickly dissolved and I embraced my tears. Crystal talked about how that self awareness is good and when she said "cry it out sista" I knew she meant it. I am very grateful to share how much I appreciate Tower Yoga and all the people who make it a welcoming and peaceful place. Thank you for asking!
