I am a regular in the traditional Hatha yoga class. I'm older: I have some physical issues that limit me. This class is an intensive study of yoga asanas, but presented in a way that allows me to work gently with my body to explore. I'm enjoying it thoroughly and am getting the benefits without straining or injuring my body. The facility is aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable. The staff and the owners are very warm and welcoming. I'm so happy to have Tower Yoga in my neighborhood!@
