I chose a 10 because I was running a little late and not signed up but the team was very understanding and accommodating. They also gave me lots of information on how to get signed up and how to use the app.

Loved the instructor, she was very clear with her direction. It was nice that Kellie helped me prior to the class so I would be comfortable in dealing with some physical issues. The studio was clean and the room was very warm, which again helped me with my issues. I'll be back again. ❤️🙏

The energy is so welcoming and everyone is so amazing in this community. The wide variety of classes makes it a great place for all kinds of people, from beginners to well practiced yogis. Everyone is so loving and free of judgement which makes it a wonderful environment to practice.
