The class is always beyond words. Jameson is a very special teacher and is why many keep going back. He guides you through a deep practice where your yoga practice is challenged not only physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I always look forward to the class.
The environment and acceptance I feel in this space is amazing!
