Janel’s buti yoga is a beast but she legit put on crime mobs rock yo hips and I’m here for it. 13/10 would recommend if you love yoga and cardio
It was my first time back on a mat in 9 years and I was worried I would feel out of place. I felt very welcome and look forward to attending more classes. Thank you for providing a great space in the Tower!
