Challenging workout
Because I love hot yoga and I love the staff at Tower Yoga. I love the positivity and the allowance for all different levels of ability. I'm so grateful that we are encouraged to listen to our bodies and do what is right for our own level and practice. I also love the friendliness of all the staff and the welcoming attitude.
Tower Yoga has the best people and instructors. The Tower Yoga crew creates an amazing and safe space.
