I chose 10 because I've been there 3 times and everyone is so welcoming and they have also made me feel comfortable since I'm very new to yoga.
Tower yoga is a beautiful space. It is not only a space that fosters community, but authentic connection and healing. I am always grateful for this space to love and heal.
